5. DON’T FORGET THE DURATION

When doing cardiovascular activities, the thing that matters the most is the frequency and the intensity. But there’s one more thing that we actually all forget and it matters a lot, and that is the duration. Think about the duration of the workout, because it is really important when it comes to building the stamina.

So make sure your cardio workout lasts at least 25-30 minutes when you do it after the strength training workout, and at least 40 minutes if you have cardio day. Make it last longer, and you’ll see the results really fast.
