2. SHORTER RESTS.

When it comes to strength training, we have to think about the rest between the sets too. I actually find myself resting far more than I need, because I just forgot to start sooner.

In order to improve your stamina, you should pay more attention to the rests between the sets, and between the workouts and of course make them as short as possible. So, limit your recovery time between sets to 30 to 60 seconds, and you’ll build the stamina.
