Chair Dips
With your arms straigthened, use the chair to support your body in a semi-seated position. Your hands are all that should be touching the chair. Now lower yourself until your glutes touch the floor. Then raise your body back up until your arms are straight again. This is an excellent arm slimming exercise, and also works the hard to reach triceps as well as the shoulders.
