You skip breakfast
Skipping meals, especially breakfast, is one of the worst habits that ruin your metabolism. Moreover, it can cause a lot of health issues. Again, no matter how busy you are, you should never skip your meals. If you don’t have enough time to eat your breakfast, consider drinking at least one healthy smoothie.
